We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help!

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags securely attached and original packaging intact.
Order Details: To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

    2. Refunds

    Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    Refund Method: If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued in the form of store credits. Cloud of Alder store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of return. 

      3. Exchanges

      Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement. Do note that items returned must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

        4. Shipping

        Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
        Shipping for Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
